Circle Y Warranty

Prior to shipment, all saddles are fully inspected by Circle Y Saddles, Inc. In this respect, saddle trees are inspected to be void of defects in both workmanship and materials and are warranted for five full years from the original date of purchase.

The Circle Y warranty applies to saddles used for the described and intended purposes and uses.

Saddle parts are insured and warranted to be free of defects in both workmanship and materials and are covered by the Circle Y warranty for forty-five days from the original date of purchase.

For one year, Saddle silver is warranted. Electroplated and made of pure silver, Saddle silver also has a protective finish designed to prevent tarnishing. To clean it, apply with a damn cloth. Do not any chemical cleaners as they can remove protective finish thus voiding the warranty.

If Circle Y Saddles, Inc. product is altered or fixed outside of the company factory, the warranty no longer applies to product.

This warranty is provided for and solely intended to benefit the consumer.

In order to validate Warranty, the Circle Y Saddles, Inc. Warranty Card included with saddle must be completed filled out by purchaser. The Warranty Card attached to every Circle Y Saddles, Inc. saddle must be filled out by the purchaser and forwarded to Circle Y at the address indicated on the Warranty Card within 30 days to insure coverage under this Warranty.

The Circle Y warranty, as previously described, of a Circle Y Saddles, Inc saddle is non-transferable.
